Description
One reason to why I prefer digital painting is the massive amounts of time it saves. Waiting for oils to dry is not my cup of tea. But I suppose it was nice to do something traditional for a change.
This painting is my contribution to a Mass Effect 2 art-contest (that I hope I win). You couldn't enter with something smaller than 60cmx80cm, which is insane, and it had to be traditional, which is insane also.
So I chose oil paint as my weapon of choice and the amazing size 70cm x 90cm. It's painted on some paper I don't remember the weight of and not canvas. It needed to dry real quick, since I painted it all in roughly a week. Our sitting room floor served as my studio, and my legs cramped the last days. It was worth it. It's not the best photo, but It'll have to do. I might edit it more later. Photoshop is dreamy.
The women on the picture are Tali (back), Subject Zero/Jack (lower left) and Samara (blue lady), and they're all members of the ME2 suicude squad!
The asari are seriously sexy.
BioWare game, so I suppose they own the characters.
